Resilience Resources for ANVs follows on from the no longer active 2015-2022 Tribal Resilience Resource Guide (TRRG) reimagined by the original design team now working at: PHAS1.com. As a minority and woman-owned business with experience in Ecuador and the United States federal, state, Tribal, and local government, we have over 60 years of combined experience in architecture, planning, agricultural, civil, environmental, and water resources engineering. We have built multi-agency and diverse stakeholder systems for watersheds, waste clean-up, nation-wide programs, oil & gas, utilities, groundwater, and more.
